Why this workflow matters

Every city is a new dock — keep the playbook

Touring productions rebuild the same load-in logic stop after stop. Gate Booker lets you clone a staging layout, publish windows for local vendors, and verify QR at each temporary gate without reinventing the sheet.

Local vendors will not join your enterprise portal

Riggers and caterers hired for one night need a browser link, not a carrier account. Optional SMS keeps cab crews current when messaging is enabled; supervisors still scan at the truck entrance.

Key capabilities

Web booking, optional SMS, and QR gate check-in for live-event docks.

Reusable staging layouts

Carry a pre-configured site map from venue to venue instead of redrawing every stop.

One link for local vendors

Share booking with local riggers and caterers without forcing corporate carrier portals.

Zero app downloads

Drivers book on the web and optionally confirm by SMS — no new account required.

Temporary perimeter ready

Mapped staging areas for each stop’s truck gate, not a fixed warehouse bay assumption.

How it works

Built for production managers, festival directors, and arena dock masters — from one dispatch link to a verified arrival at a temporary gate.

  1. Step 1

    Map your staging zone

Drop a pin on your venue map and draw the temporary staging area — one capacity calendar for every independent vendor.

  2. Step 2

    Send one scheduling link

Share a single link with caterers, AV, staging, and every independent vendor. No spreadsheets, no group texts.

  3. Step 3

    Vendors claim on the web

Drivers open the link, pick a slot, enter their plate — no app download, no account. With SMS consent, confirmation and QR arrive by text.

  4. Step 4

    Check in at the gate

Vendors tap I’m here for a one-shot zone check, then supervisors scan QR at the gate.

Frequently asked questions

Can we reuse a map across tour stops?
Yes. Save a staging layout and adapt pin placement per venue while keeping the same booking link pattern for local vendors.
Does this work without cellular at the gate?
QR passes are generated at booking time and travel with the driver. Offline roster grant for supervisors is on the roadmap; today’s demo flow supports scan-based verification with GPS check-in.

Ready to end the dock gridlock?

Drop a pin, send one link, and let vendors claim slots on the web — no app, no accounts, no 9 AM pile-up. Optional SMS when messaging is enabled.
